In short there are a multitude of posters reminding cyclists to remember to lock their bicycles, use lights at night, notices explaining what hours the bicycle parking is manned, reminders to keep their bicycles maintained and most important of all a notice indicating where bicycles will be taken for collection of they're considered abandoned.
